Tick Season

You are here: Home / Latest News / Belmont / Tick Season

Tick season is in full swing. This paralysis tick may only be small but it could be deadly for your precious pets!

For tick prevention we recommend Nexgard monthly chews for dogs 🐶 and Bravecto spot on for cats 🐱 which is used 3 monthly. ✅

Tick Symptoms can include:

•Wobbly/weakness in the hind legs.

•Change in bark/meow.

•Difficulty breathing.

•Retching, coughing or vomiting.

•Loss of appetite.

•Lethargy.

•Collapsed.

If your pets are showing any of these symptoms or you find a tick on your pet, please contact us immediately.

Also keep in mind that dogs & cats can still get paralysis ticks (even if they don’t go outside) make sure you have up to date prevention on them too!

Call us on 49436066 or 49459677 to get your pets tick prevention up to date! ✅
