Nicolle
Practice Manager – Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
Nicolle’s journey into veterinary nursing began in 2014, when she discovered her true passion for working with animals. Though she had always felt driven by a desire to make a difference, it wasn’t until she found herself in the veterinary industry that she truly realised her calling.
As Nicolle’s career progressed, she found herself drawn to the importance of creating a positive workplace culture. This led her to pursue a path in Practice Management, where she could help foster a supportive, collaborative environment for both the team and the clients.
In early 2024, Nicolle joined our Belmont clinic as Practice Manager, with a vision to enhance the family-like atmosphere that makes our clinic so special. Her dedication to ensuring a great experience for both her co-workers and our beloved clients and their fur babies is what drives her every day.
Outside of work, Nicolle stays active by hitting the gym, playing netball, and going on weekend adventures with her partner. When she’s ready to unwind, you’ll find her curled up with a good book at home, snuggling with her kitty, Storm.
