General Practice Manager
Jane is our general practice manager, a role she moved into in 2008, as the practice and our staff numbers grew to the point that we needed a full time manager.
This role has suited her immensely, with her calm and efficient manner and her attention to detail, and she has quickly made herself indispensable to Anthony and Kelly, the practice partners.
However her friendly personality is not lost to our clients who she makes feel very welcome and special at every opportunity, at our Charlestown practice. She presents a very calm and professional face to our very appreciative clientele, and can never do enough to help our clients, our vets and our staff.
Sue is our receptionist at the Belmont practice. Originally from the UK, she has now settled on our sunny shores.
After serving in both the Royal Navy and the Metropolitan Police Service for many years, Sue eventually found her way to the pet industry via Battersea Dogs Home and a variety of small animal practices in the London area. On arriving in Australia she also worked in a mixed animal practice on the Gold Coast.
Sue lives with her partner and two rescue chickens, called Molly and Elsie.
