Crystal - Vet Nurse / Receptionist
Crystal has a Veterinary Nurse Certificate IV from Kurri Kurri TAFE.
Upon completion of her vet nursing certificate in 2004, she joined us at the Lake Veterinary Hospitals and is now an important member of our Charlestown team.
Her cheerful disposition and obliging nature, and the compassion she shows towards her patients, has seen her develop into a great veterinary nurse, and an invaluable member of our staff.
Away from work, Crystal loves hanging out with her friends, going to the races and shopping. She is also the proud mother to Megs, her little moggie cat and Lewis, a Maltese.
Renee - Vet Nurse / Receptionist
Renee completed her Veterinary Nurse's Certificate IV at Kurri Kurri Tafe in 2007 and is now an afternoon receptionist and nurse at Charlestown. She started her veterinary career with us while still at school by following her passion for animal care and doing work doing work experience at our Charlestown practice.
She is a valued member of our team with her excellent and caring veterinary nursing skills and her friendly caring manner as a receptionist.
Renee loves going to the movies and hanging out with friends. Her pets include Gizmoe, a Chihuahua cross. On the feline side she has Bridget and Maddox, who was rescued by Renee and her family.
Angela- Vet Nurse / Receptionist
Angela has a Veterinary Nurse's Certificate IV and is a Delta Accredited dog trainer.
She initially joined the Lake Veterinary Hospitals as a work experience student while still at school and re-joined our practice as a veterinary nurse in 2005, after 12 years as a veterinary nurse and receptionist at the Hamilton Veterinary Clinic. During her time there, Angela also developed an interest in animal behaviour and started doing puppy pre-schools.
Angela's bright bubbly personality and genuine compassion for her furry patients have made her a very welcome recruit to our team.
Her interests other than mainstream veterinary nursing include dog behaviour and puppy training.
Angela is married to Dean and has a beautiful Airedale, Arnie, who of course is very well mannered! Away from work Angela loves catching up with friends, walking, cycling and scrapbooking.

Angela joined our team as a permanent member of staff early in 2010. Prior to this she had worked on a volunteer work experience basis at our Charlestown practice while studying for her Veterinary Nurse Certificate IV at Kurri Kurri Tafe. She completed her course late in 2009 and her motivation, her friendly nature and the compassion she shows to her patients, made her an easy
choice when filling a vacancy in our expanding Lake Vet Hospital team.
Angela now is an integral member of our staff.
Outside of work Angela likes to watch movies, play video games, see live bands and spend time with her cats Miss Puss, Jimi,
Neo and Kabuki.
